Good morning fellow teachers and students. I am Kellie Shae from 3E2 and today, I will be telling you of my preferred choice of courses for our December vacation. First off, I will briefly present to you the options offered and later, I will tell you why my choice is the best choice.

Personal fitness training courses will help us maintain good health with an active lifestyle. Nowadays, despite the advanced medical knowledge, there are still many incurable diseases. Though scientists have yet to discover a remedy, there are still ways we can prevent ourselves from contracting these diseases. The personal fitness training course will teach us how to take care of our bodies and personal health. After all, prevention is the best medicine.

First aid is important in case of emergencies. A first aid course would come in very useful along with our outdoor survival skills. For those who love challenging sports like rock climbing and trekking, it is crucial that you have some basic first aid skills. While first aid is important when camping, how about in the city life? With these skills, you would be able to offer immediate medical assistance to anyone, ranging from a sprained ankle to an asthma attack.

Lastly, we have the financial management course. In Singapore, we have an ever-changing economy. It is crucial that we are able to manage our own money. Though at our age, we may not have enough money to open a bank account or invest, these are things that we will definitely come about later in life. Without proper financial management, we may one day find ourselves facing bankruptcy. Unless, you would rather be penny wise, but pound foolish, of course.

Personally, I would prefer attending a personal fitness training course. Though I do not enjoy vigorous physical exercise, I find it of the utmost importance to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Without good health, you would find that you are unable to do much of anything else. Even with money and the best medical care, you are still prone to chronic diseases. Furthermore, would you be happy rich but in poor health, or poor and in the pink of health? I would rather be poor. What is the point of having so much wealth when you are lying on your deathbed? Also, how can you save others, if you cannot even save yourself? I beseech you to consider your options carefully. I sincerely urge all of you to support the personal training course. Remember, prevention if the best medicine. Thank you!

I was convinced that the only thing I wanted to do, ever, was to write novels. Shreya was pregnant today. She was pregnant for one month and in the next minute, she was in labour. She gave birth to a baby boy behind the screens of MT5 during literature. Two minutes into the birth of the baby, Leonard was diagnosed with Aspergers' Symdrome. Anyway, guess who is the father? Ong Hong Zhang. By the way, five minutes into their happy family, Shreya was caught having an affair with the neighbour.
