i saw the video on tcp's blog Note To God by Charice
never heard of Charice before, but her voice is great :D
so went looking for more videos of her, found this:

she's 17! but i thought she looked 13..
not an ABC [thank goodness], Fillipino.

i shall go find a movie to watch now :D
