Nostalgia
Swimming in my head
Together, hand in hand
Running, in the pouring rain
Laughing our heads off
Beneath the pavilion
Barely dressed, shivering
His strong arms around my waist
A smile on my face, a kiss on my nose
Clinging to the passion
The images fade and reality sets in
The sweltering sun, the loneliness again
A couple walks past, in warm embrace
And the passion dies, the love is gone
Only nostalgia remains
